Recognizing that the precision of dies was paramount to the quality and complexity of fine-blanked parts, Teruzzi, along with fellow tooling expert Charles Polatsek, and fineblanking specialist John Weiland, established The Connecticut Fineblanking Corporation in 1969. This collaborative venture, leveraging their combined expertise and investments in specialized equipment, positioned the company to capitalize on the emerging U.S. fineblanking industry.
